Is piracy a phenomenon of the p2p – networks like napster? I definitely is in a common way of view. But as this article on wired.com explains, there was piracy long before founders of kazaa were born.

Since Deutsche Telekom is the successor of the former „POST“, it has got a quasi monopol on the „last meters“ to the customer. Well, while I was travelling by train this evening, I called the information-hotline of t-mobile one of europes biggest phone-companies, in order to ask for a number. As I`ve told the young lady the name of the company, our train went into a tunnel, and the connection broke – but guess what: some seconds later I got the requestet number via sms. But how did they do that? I certainly have supressed my number – nobody should be able to identify it. Is there a system, which is able to make the number clear? Strange happening…

It`s a quite good article on fastcompany about important presentation technics, but i was missing something: beside cultivating your gestures, looking people in their eyes or being with the people, one important thing is to just have fun while doing your job. fu nis motivator no. 1.

Well, I was quite astonished to read that Always On Networks are starting a new service on the internet: Zaibatsu, another new social-network beneath orkut, friendster, etc. That leads me to the opinion that finding the right people, finding the right „people-doing-the-right-job“ is the biggest challenge in the new century, and therefore is the

As the harald Tribunereports Toyota is going to be the first automobile-manufactor to promote their new cars on the ebaymotors.com platform exclusively. Toyota will get advertisements on several other ebay-pages, too.
